Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL)
What is Recurrent Pregnancy Loss?
Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) is a condition where a person has 3 or more pregnancy losses in the first trimester. Investigations are usually started after 2 pregnancy losses. Testing includes some standardized blood tests and ultrasound and is also tailored to each patient’s needs.
Patient Journey
Prior to this phase a patient would have had their initial visit with the doctor, completed all testing, reviewed results, and decided on timed intercourse as a treatment plan.
